UPDATE 12/3

We now have SonoraQuest lab in office Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:00PM!


We are able to book regular appointments, including annual exams, for traditional Medicare patients.  We are actively working on credentialing with all other insurers.  We are still waiting for approval.  Until then, we are operating on a cash-pay basis. 


Our goal is to accept the same insurance plans we worked with at our previous office.  We will continue to post updates on this website as we get them.
